Booking Terms and Conditions
REVISED TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PREFERRED SUPPLIERS – 01 JAN 2021
The start of 2021 has seen the world still battling the second wave of the Coronavirus bringing about further
restrictions to international travel. Given the continued disruption of travel we realise as a company, that it is still
necessary to keep our booking policies as flexible as possible while sensibly managing our cost centres.
Whilst Covid-19 conditions exist, the amended Covid-19 Terms and Conditions set out below replace all previous
amendments to the Covid-19 Terms and Conditions. Guests are still required to acknowledge and accept all other terms
and conditions set out in our T&Cs on the standard rates sheets.
Cancellations for Safari Packages
1. Bookings will be held as confirmed with a refundable 20% deposit up to 60 days before travel
a. Funds will only be refunded for COVID 19 related restrictions on travel **
2. Bookings must be paid in full by 30 days before arrival.
3. Bookings cancelled between 30 and 60 days will incur a 25% cancellation free
4. Bookings cancelled after 30 days will incur 100% cancellation fees
Cancellation for Tours and Activities
Individual Bookings
A minimum of 24 hours notice of any cancellation is required to avoid cancellation fees being charged. If you cancel 24+ prior to your time of Tour or Activity. no Cancellation fee shall be charged but Cancellations with less than 24 hours and no-shows is chargeable as per supplier cancellation police.
Date Change
Once you have booked a tour, you can change the date with a 24 hour notice.
Group Bookings (10 or more people)
A 48 hr notice is required if the entire group is cancelling to avoid cancellation charges.
Postponement
a. Clients needing to postpone their 2021 bookings due to Covid-19 restrictions on travel may do so up until
2022.
i. 2021 rates will apply for all postponed bookings
ii. Seasonal rate changes will apply
iii. A booking may only be postponed to a deferred date in 2021 or 2022 with a 25% part-payment (accommodation
portion only) of the 2021 or 2022 booking
b. Any postponements not made with the 25% part payment will be assumed cancelled in 2021 and the applicable
cancellation fee will apply.
